We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Glowhaus Lux. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable, including but not limited to clearance items, customized products, hygiene-sensitive items, and products shipped directly from suppliers that do not accept returns. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
